“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter." (Matthew 7:21)

Thinking deeply about this verse over the years motivated me to seek after the truth which is only found in Jesus Christ. Jesus teaches us about how we can enter the Kingdom of Heaven. What the Lord said after He made this statement must cause you and me to pause and reconsider our path in this faith walk.

in this series, I try to go to the root of the Father's will about Jesus Christ His Only Begotten Son who is the only One in all scripture who used the phrase "The will of My Father who is in heaven". The question is "What is the will of the Father?" We must continue to seek for this and to ask the Lord Himself in prayer what "The Will of The Father" is.

I believe this will be revealed to us if we seek it with the whole of our hearts. Jesus said "Anyone that seeks finds" so I know as we follow this series and pray< God will enlighten our understanding to this truth so that we do it and enter the Kingdom of heaven.

I think the will of the father is when we do exactly what the Bible says, by seeking God with the whole of our heart. Which will please him.
